52 metres  Ladder Vehicle

We use 52 metres Automatic Laddder Vehicle while responding to fires, lighting the fire ground, at searchıng and rescue operations, and especially thıs vehicle helps us in forest fires as a watching tower. The vehicle has a lifting system to evacuate instantly the people who had been trapped in the burning places. İt evacuate 2 people in about 45 seconds.

All actions of the ladder are automatic and PLC remote-controlled. The ladder doesn’t work without full secured conditions. All types of ladder have support legs and they range ın constructional varieties (type-h, diagonal type). The ladders have a feature of turning 360 degrees in right/left directions without any problems. Also  they can move up/down at an angle of +75 to -12 degrees. There are some sensors which control the movements of the ladders and provide the safe operation of the support legs. The support legs open and close in 22 seconds. 

Ladder set opens from 0 degrees to 75 degrees and closes from 75 degrees to 0 degrees in 32 seconds. The basket is mounted on the ladder. When the ladder set opens, it automatically comes to the vertical position. It has a maximum 270 kg lifting capacity. The elevator moves at a speed of 1,5m/sec. and it has a capacity of 180 kg weight.
