Production of Microzonation Maps and Reports (Anatolian Side): Microzonation study is started at Anatolian side of İstanbul in 458 km² area. Work to be completed are 1/1000 – 1/5000 scaled 3D slope map for determination of site risks.

Update of estimated earthquake losses within the boundary of İstanbul defined with 5216 law.

• 1/5000 scaled Average shear wave velocity Vs₃₀ map.
• 1/2000 scaled Site classification map according to Turkish Earhquake Ordinance and NEHRP.
• 1/2000 scaled Land suitability map.
• Land suitability report of the Project.

The Project is planned to be completed in June 2009.
