Certificates were given to 15 people who completed to “Heating and Natural gas Domestic Plumbing Career Development Courses”, organized by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Minister of Labor and Social Security Ömer Dinçer, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yıldız, Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Kadir Topbaş, Board Chairman of UGETAM Co. Prof Dr Ümit Doğay Arınç, Head of Turkey Natural Gas Distributors Union Mehmet Kazancı, General Director of İGDAŞ Bilal Aslan and General Director of UGETAM Serkan Keleşer attended to Ceremony.

Minister Dinçer; “We employ to 452 thousand people in 2009”

Minister of Labor and Social Security Ömer Dinçer who spoke in the ceremony, said that “We employ to 452 thousand people in 2009. Unemployment rates increased in Turkey. Although unemployment rates increased, in spite of young population of Turkey and immigrations, we employ to 452 thousand people in 2009.”

Minister Yıldız “We will give know-how service in Syria and Iraqi”

Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yıldız said that “Syria, Iraqi and different countries want to know-how service and Turkey conducted these countries. Becoming in consultant level is important for settlement of natural gas and infrastructure works in the coming months.”

Mayor Topbaş : “ Our companies train specialist.”

Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Kadir Topbaş who spoke in the ceremony, said that “Power of a society is measured with qualified manpower so training of qualified man power is so important. İGDAŞ and UGETAM became as a center that train specialist. If you don’t know where you go, there is not importance of the place where you arrived. You must set true goals. If we depend on foreign countries, we would pay 20 million dollars.”
 
After the speeches in the ceremony, Certificates were given to 15 people who completed to “Heating and Natural gas Domestic Plumbing Career Development Courses” by Minister Dinçer, Minister Yıldız, Mayor Topbaş and other participants. In the ceremony, plaques were presented to Minister Dinçer, Minister Yıldız, Mayor Topbaş.
