Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov who was welcomed with escort of honour, signed to special book. After signature ceremony, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov, Vice Prime Minister and Interior Minister Tsevetan Tsvetanov, Minister of Culture Vezhdi Rashidov, Mayor of Sophia Yordanka Fandakova went to office of Mayor Kadir Topbaş. Topbaş who made an explanation after the meetings, said that “Our committees will mutually carry on experience sharing. Because of Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture, we will work together as Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and Sophia Municipality.

Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov who declared that he congratulated Kadir Topbaş for selection of Istanbul as 2010 European Culture Capital, said that they congratulated for underpass, infrastructure works and road works that were done in a short period like as 5 years. Boyko Borisov said that “We will built 7-8 underpasses whose financings are ready and this technology develops in Istanbul so we asked to share their experiences with us.”

“Two candidates for Unesco Culture Heritage”
Boyko Borisov who became happy because of technical works for preventing to slip of Bulgarian (Demir) Church in Istanbul, said that “We will offer mosque in Bulgaria, Filipe for Unesco Culture Heritage. Also Istanbul will offer Demir Church. And this interference will be a good example for the World.
After the explanations, Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Kadir Topbaş gave an imitation vase from Topkapı Palace to Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov as a gift and also gave a tile with tulip figure to Mayor of Sophia. Also Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov presented a golden jug and Mayor of Sophia Yordanka Fandakova presented an emblem of Sophia to Mayor Kadir Topbaş. Then Mayor Topbaş showed Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and his committee around.
