Mr. Fatih Duman was born in Samsun, Turkey in 1971. He received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University in Trabzon. He established a free civil engineering office and continued to work between the years of 1992 and 1995. Then he began working as a Control Engineer at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's Department of Technical Works in 1995. He served as a deputy-director at the same department between the years of 2004 and 2011. Mr. Duman has currently been serving as the Project Director since May 9th, 2011.

 Mr. Duman is married with a child.
