Mustafa Erdoğan was born in 1955, Safranbolu-Karabük. He graduated from Hacettepe University-Karabük Vocational High School, Department of Expedition and Administration. In 1997, he started working at Sümerbank Marketing Corporation. He served as marketing clerk, accounting clerk, and director of store (all as substitute). He was appointed to Beyoğlu Municipality-Directorate of Finance Affairs, in 1994. After serving in this position for 2 years, he was appointed to Beyoğlu Municiplaity-Department of Editorship and Conclusions. In 2001, he served as substitute for the director of Department of Municipal Police for a year. On 24.02.2006, he was appointed to become the director of IMM-Directorate of Council Transactions. Erdoğan is married with two children.
