Salih Bekaroğlu was born in 1962, Özkonak Nevşehir. He graduated from Istanbul Kabataş Boys Highschool in 1980 and from Atatürk University-Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture Economy in June 1985.

Between 1985 and 1994, he worked as trade chief and operation chief in various factories of Yem Sanayi Türk. A.Ş.

After the privatization of Yem Sanayi, he was transferred to Istanbul Eyüp District Directorate of Agriculture. In July 1994, he started to work as a factory director in Istanbul Halk Ekmek General Directorate of Edirnakapı Central Factory. In the same corporation, he worked as Deputy Director in charge of investments- purchasing and production between 1997 and 2005.

In January 2005, he started to work as the Application Director of Ağaç Co. On 17, 2005, he was appointed as General Director, by commission.
