Sami Kılıç was born in 1968, Istanbul. After he graduated from Ankara University-Faculty of Political Science, he worked Automotive, Glass Industry, and Finance as Private Sector. In 1995, he started to tenancy in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.
He received his MA degree in Marmara University-Institute of Banking and Insurance. He currently continues his education, as an MBA student in Management Faculty, International Economy Politic and Business Management Department at Beykent University. He is entitled to License of CMB Real Estate Rating Specialist in 2007. Kılıç is married with 3 children and speaks English and Arabic.
