Ömer Çebi Mr. Ömer Çebi was born in Sürmene, Trabzon/Turkey in 1966.
After completing his elementary school, middle school and high school education in Araklı, Trabzon, he graduated from Trakya University, Tekirdag Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture in 1989 and he completed his master's degree at the same University, Department of Horticulture in 1993.
He started his professional career at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's Directorate Touristic Social Facilities in 1997. Since the beginning of the year 2001, he served as the chief of both Gaziosmanpaşa District and the Emirgan Woods at the Directorate of Parks and Gardens. He has currently been serving as the director of Anatolian Side Parks and Gardens at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality since February 3rd, 2012.
He speaks English at an intermediate level.
He is married with three children.
